Top 20 most expensive luxurious and biggest private jets used by political figures and governments

This is the compilation and countdown of top best 20 government, presidential, royal, sultan, emir planes. The prices are CCA mostly because I couldn't get prices, except for some. So I used the prices this jets would cost new and for commercial use. Jets include Airbus A340, A330, A380, Boeing 777, 747 and Ilyushin-96.

Governments, countries: Egypt, Libya, Russia, France, Sri Lanka, Germany, Tunisia, Algeria, Jordan, Bangladesh, Yemen, Oman, S Korea, Brunei, Bahrain, Japan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and USA.

I only counted the planes that are owned by governments and not ones, that are occasionally lend to them by airlines.
